Description:
FLORIN King Edward VII 1910 Obverse: Coronate bust of Edward VII to left legend around Reverse: Coat of Arms date and legend. Unc (PCGS MS 62+)
Move this coin in the light and there's plenty of sparkle in the fields.
The 1910 florin has a rather low relief when compared to later dates that bear the portrait of King George V. As a result, many mint state examples of the 1910 florin, have a lot of light bagmarks in the obverse fields, as well as across the portrait of Edward VII.This coin has sharp detail across the high points either side, and has a pleasing sparkle underlying the patina.
