Ken Done, best known for his brightly coloured designs symbolising Australia is the designer chosen for the 2009 kangaroo coin. Like Rolf Harris and Reg Mombassa before him, Ken Done has left his is own undeniable and individual imprint on the coin design and packaging. Another fine piece to include in your kangaroo coin collection. This will be the last of the Great Australian Artist Series but the Royal Australian Mint will feature kangaroo coins in 2010.
