  • Transit times vary by destination and local customs processing — typically 7–21 business days once dispatched.
  • Import duties, taxes and customs fees are set by the destination country and are the recipient's responsibility.
  • A small number of countries restrict the import of precious metals or numismatic items; we'll contact you before dispatch if your order is affected.
03 — Packaging

How we pack a collectable

Coins and medals travel in protective capsules or flips, cushioned inside either a padded mail bag or rigid mailer. Banknotes are placed in banknote sleeves and backed with recycled cardboard to prevent bending. We endeavour to use recycled packaging. Every parcel is sent in plain, unbranded packaging — nothing on the outside indicates the contents.

04 — Tracking & Insurance

Tracking your order

You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order is dispatched. Every parcel — domestic and international — is insured for its full declared value while in transit, so you're covered in the rare event of loss or damage.

05 — Receiving your Order

Receiving your order

Because of the value of the items we handle, we take a careful approach to how they are delivered:

  • Anyone present at your correct delivery address who accepts the package is authorised to receive it on your behalf.
  • The courier will not leave deliveries unattended. If no one is there to sign for the package, it will be held securely by the courier, and a re-delivery fee may apply.
  • If you request that the courier leave the package at your correct address without a signature, you assume all risk and responsibility for the items from the moment they are dropped off.
  • Otherwise, full responsibility and risk for the items passes to you the moment they are successfully delivered to your correct address.
06 — Click & Collect

07 — Insurance and Delays

Insurance and delays

While we do everything in our power to ensure your items arrive promptly and in perfect condition, we are not responsible for the courier's delivery schedule, transit delays or missing items once the package leaves our office.

However, every shipment is covered by transit insurance. If you experience a significant delay, or if an item is lost or arrives damaged, please email us or phone (08) 6468 2467 right away. We will investigate the issue with the courier and work closely with you to resolve it.

08 — If Something's Not Right

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging, and we'll arrange a replacement, repair or refund under insurance. See our full Returns & Refunds policy for items you'd like to send back, and our Website Terms of Use for full details.

FAQ

Common questions

Can I insure an item beyond your standard cover?

Standard cover insures your parcel to its full declared value at no extra cost. For exceptional single pieces, contact us before ordering and we can arrange bespoke courier and insurance arrangements.

Do you ship rare coins and banknotes internationally?

Yes — the great majority of our catalogue ships worldwide. A handful of items are restricted by destination-country import rules; we'll flag this before your order is dispatched, not after.

Can I change my shipping address after ordering?

If your order hasn't been dispatched yet, contact us as soon as possible and we'll update it. Once a tracked parcel is lodged with Australia Post, the address can no longer be changed.

Do you combine shipping on multiple items?

Yes — items purchased in the same order ship together in one parcel at no extra cost, packed to protect each piece individually. We can also combine separate orders and ship them together, dependent on the size and weight of the combined parcels.
