This colourful set of coins highlights five of Australia's threatened plant species, and represent their need for preservation.
This remarkable silver coin collection is from the Perth Mint, was struck in 99.9% fine silver under the authority of the Cook Islands.
The designs on these coins hihglight Australia's incredibly diverse plant life, the five chosen species are:
Milligania johnstonii; Eucalyptus recurva; Ptychosperma bleeseri; Idiospermum australiense; Caladenia dilatata
